From corporate America to entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and business coaching, my career has been defined by bold transitions and a passion for helping others navigate their own paths to success.
I began my career in corporate sales with BellSouth Mobility, but early on, I realized my desire to build something of my own. I transitioned into real estate, where I helped open a Keller Williams brokerage and built a high-performing team, selling over 200 homes per year. Through this experience, I gained firsthand insight into running a small business and the transformative power of coaching.
After a decade in real estate, I felt called to step outside my comfort zone. I moved to Nigeria with my family and spent six years working with SIM and Samaritan’s Purse, helping to rebuild a hospital. Recognizing the urgent need for education in the community, I founded C.A.R.E. Africa, a nonprofit that now operates a school serving 287 children with a staff of 37 teachers and administrators. I continue to serve as the Executive Director of C.A.R.E. Africa, leading initiatives to empower children through education and mentorship.
Returning to the U.S. in 2019, I leveraged my expertise in business operations, leadership, and nonprofit managementto coach business owners at My Business On Purpose, helping them streamline operations, scale, and achieve sustainable success. But after 3.5 years of liberating business owners from chaos, I realized I wanted to help individuals before they took the leap into business ownership.
Now, as a Career Ownership Coach® with The Entrepreneur’s Source, I guide individuals who are considering business ownership—helping them gain clarity on whether entrepreneurship is the right fit for them and how to align their career with their ideal income, lifestyle, wealth, and equity (I.L.W.E.) goals.

My husband, Lenny, and I live on 19 acres in Louisville, KY, where we spend our summers surfing on the lake and our winters by the fire pit—or hunting together in the great outdoors. We have three children, ages 19, 21, and 26, including a young woman from Nigeria who has become part of our family. With three sisters and five brothers, family gatherings are a lively and frequent tradition in our home.
Through every season of life, I keep my priorities clear—God first, family second, and business third—believing that true success comes from faith, purpose, and serving others well.
